We recommend booking our services at least six months in advance of your event to ensure availability. However, we are always willing to work with last minute bookings depending on our schedule.

We kindly ask you to trust us on the music for your video. We lean towards modern pop-dance music with vocals matching the gender of the mitzvah child. You will typically see a female vocalist for a bat mitzvah, and male vocalist for a bar mitzvah. If you wish to select a specific song for your mitzvah, we kindly request you let us know far in advance to see if it is something we can accommodate.

Of course! We are accustomed to working alongside photographers and we coordinate with them to ensure a smooth workflow that doesn’t interrupt your special day.

Yes! For an additional fee, we would be happy to film your ceremony (up to 2 hours). Some temples do not allow video, so we kindly ask you to confirm video is permitted at your temple prior to inquiring with us. If the ceremony is taking place at the reception venue, we would be happy to film the ceremony as well for an additional fee.

We deliver the videos electronically via online sharing. The videos are kept in our online storage system for viewing at anytime. If a physical USB flash drive is requested, this will be provided at no additional charge.

Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. This allows us sufficient time to edit, color grade, and master the video to ensure the highest quality. During off-peak times, you can expect to receive your final videos just 2-4 days following your event.

We understand that plans can change. We collect a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and the balance is of your contact is due the week of your event. If you cancel prior to the week of your event, you will only forfeit your $500 deposit. Restrictions apply.
